There is much discussion about the blockchain but little sound academic work. Information Polity is interested in publishing a special issue on ‘Blockchain in the Public Sector’. 

We would like to invite people to develop a proposal for such a special issue that can contain empirical but also more reflective papers. The proposal needs to contain: (1) a brief description of the topic, (2) a list of possible contributors, (3) a timeline and (4) brief CVs of the editors of the special issue.
